Spyware, etc.
My computer has been running rather sluggishly lately, so when Chris' computer guru came in to work on his business computers, he asked him about my problem. The guru suggested that I might have spyware and suggested a couple of programs to use to clean up my computer. Ad-aware is a program that checks for spyware, trojans, etc. If you don't know what I'm talking about, that's ok. Just run this program and it will remove these yucky programs from your computer. Another good program is Spy Sweeper which will also clean up your computer. My computer already seems to be running better. I've always ran a firewall and virus program, but now I think I'll add these programs as added protection.
