Bee Sting Remedies
After one adult and one child were stung by a bee yesterday while we were swimming, I decided to do a little research on the best remedy for a bee sting. I knew to make a paste out of baking soda and water and to put ice on the area. This article also said you can use meat tenderizer or a raw onion. I've never tried those before. Kids Health has lots of information and print outs about treating different kinds of bites (spiders, ticks, etc.) Cool!

Tobacco from cigarettes soaked in water to make a paste applied to sting will also be another remedy for bee stings or wasp.
